In the year 2016 Choclar started the production of cocoa mass.
Cocoa mass (also known as cocoa liquor), is the one of the first stages of processing cocoa beans and the base to the final product, such as chocolate.
We have made considerable investments in our processing machinery to ensure every product produced meets high standards.
Our facility is in Keila , Estonia where cocoa beans are converted into blocked cocoa liquor (mass), blocked cocoa liquor is sold in 25kg cartons.
Shelf life of the product is 24 months.
Geographical location between main Baltic sea ports allows easy delivery to most of the European clients as well as the availability of railroad connection allows to deliver the product to Eastern counties such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine with minimum expenses.
Factory is ISO sertified.
